With inflation, devaluation of the Naira and technological advancements, there’s been a significant increase in the cost of products and services across the board.

Today, the average cost of traveling from Lagos to New York and back starts at about ₦400,000. This is about 23 times what it once was.
Nigeria Airways was a Nigerian national airline. It was founded in 1958 after the dissolution of West African Airways Corporation (WAAC).
It held the name WAAC Nigeria until 1971 when it was rebranded to the name Nigeria Airways.
