N81.9m First-class Minivan, This Ultra-Luxurious Lexus LM Is A Private Jet On Wheels
Lexus flagship luxury minivan dubbed the Lexus LM is now on sale in China market.
The Toyota Alphard-based first-class minivan is available in both four and seven-seat configurations.
The 7-seat version retails for $170,722 (N65m), while the more opulent 4-seat Royal edition has a price tag of $215,000 (N81.9m)
The 4-seater has captain’s chairs; 26-inch screen; 19-speaker sound system; glass privacy partition and a 14-liter fridge.
Last year, Lexus unveiled its flagship luxury MPV dubbed the Lexus LM (Luxury Mover) during the 2019 Shanghai Motor Show.
And now, the Toyota Alphard-based ultimate luxury minivan is now on sale in China market. Lexus says the minivan will be available in both four and seven-seat configurations.
The seven-seat version retails for 1.166 million yuan ($170,722 at current exchange rates). The more opulent four-seat Royal edition has a price tag of 1.466 million yuan (about $215,000 at current exchange rates).
The seven-seat configuration, which spreads across three rows of seats, has captain’s chairs in the second row and a bench at the very back.
The more luxurious four-seat configuration features reclining captain’s chairs; a 26-inch entertainment screen; a 19-speaker sound system; Rolls-Royce type of glass privacy partition – that can shift from transparent to opaque; and a 14-liter fridge.
Buyers can choose between the LM 350 with a 3.5-liter naturally aspirated V6 engine or the LM 300h with an electrified 2.5-liter four-cylinder Atkinson Cycle engine.
