Mercedes Explains How To Drive The New 2019 G-Wagon SUV Through The Mud

Want to know how to drive the redesigned 2019 Mercedes-Benz G500 SUV (fitted with all-terrain tyres) without being stuck in a mud?

According to the above 1.35 min video demonstration by Jessi Combs a.k.a the fastest woman on four wheels,the first thing you need to do is to activate the low range, as well as the center and rear differential locks before getting your SUV into the mud.

The idea is to spread equal power to the four wheels in order to get maximum torque and traction. Again, don’t drive too fast and too slow.This will require using the accelerator pedal to advance gently through the mud.

After driving through the mud puddles , you also need to dry your wet brakes to regain maximum stopping power by simply tapping on the brake pedal.

The redesigned 2019 G500 SUV is currently available in Nigerian market. It comes with four dynamic select driving modes such as the Eco, Comfort, Sport and Individual.

It is powered by a 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine that produces 416 hp ( the AMG G 63 version gets 577 hp ) and a zero to 60 mph in 5.6 seconds.
