Mercedes’ ₦71m AMG G 63 Battles It Out With Suzuki’s ₦7.6m Jimny
Want to know how many Suzuki Jimnys will outmuscle the mighty Mercedes AMG G 63 SUV? The answer is not One or Two , but Three Jimny SUVs?
That’s right. Three $21k 100hp Jimnys — totalling $63,000 and 300hp— are stronger than a $197,000 577hp G-Class for the simple reason that together they’re heavier and 12 wheels have more traction than four.
At ₦7.6m ($20,990) ,the boxy fourth-generation two-door Suzuki Jimny is one of the cheapest and best off-roader around. It is powered by a 1.5-liter naturally-aspirated petrol engine that makes a 100hp.

As for the ₦71m 2019 G-Class, it comes equipped with a hand crafted AMG 4.0 litre V8 biturbo engine that produces an impressive 577 horsepower. Its Four dynamic select driving modes includes the Eco, Comfort, Sport, and Individual.
The G-wagon is one of the most popular cars amongst Nigerian celebrities,with Timaya boasting of three in his fleet. Comedian AY, Music star KCee, Patoraking ,DJ Cuppy are also proud owners of the German machine.
