The one-off bespoke the Rolls-Royce Phantom Hyperion by Italian car design firm and coachbuilder, Pininfarina, is still finding a new home, newly two years after it was first advertised by the Dubai-based used car dealer, AL Ain Class Motors.
Based on the Phantom Drophead Coupe, the Rolls-Royce Hyperion, which premiered at the 2008 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, was commissioned by famed car collector, Roland Hall.
The bespoke Hyperion ended up in the Middle East sometime in 2012, after Roland Hall sold it for a reported £4 million (which equals to about $5 million or €4.5 million at today’s exchange rates).
Still powering it is 6.7-liter V-12 Engine from the Phantom Drophead Coupe, which cranks 453 horsepower at 5,350 rpm and 531 pound-feet of torque at 3,500 rpm. This propels the Hyperion to 60 mph (0-97 kph) in just 5.7 seconds.
Inside, the two-seat convertible created by the removing the rear seats from the Phantom Drophead Coupe features bespoke carbon fiber bodywork and heavily modified interior.
The seller claims that the Hyperion still has the delivery miles (0 Kilometers) and looks just as good as when it made its debut at the 2008 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
The dealer is currently asking for only €4,265,000 (~$4,275,000). The last time it came into the market, it was listed for almost €3 million (or $3+ million at today’s exchange rates).
