A footage has shown a man cling dangerously to the bonnet of a speeding vehicle after a female driver reportedly refused to tip him for parking on his “territory”.
According to the female motorist, who captured and shared the footage, the man demanded a fee from her in what she said was an empty parking spot.

To prevent the woman and her partner from escaping with his ‘toll’, the desperate man reportedly deflated her car tyres.

Her refusal to oblige to his demands reportedly led the man to jump on the car bonnet after the woman finally had the chance to escape from the scene.
