The making of Bentley Bentayga Speed, the world’s fastest SUV, as you’ve never seen it before: filmed using a racing drone inside our factory.

Bentley Motors has released a drone footage of the making of the world’s fastest SUV, the Bentley Bentayga Speed.

Shot entirely at the Bentley factory in Crewe, England, this 2 minutes film contrasts the stunning 3.8-second 0-60 mph time of Bentayga Speed with the 127 working hours (or 16 working days) it takes to hand-craft each SUV by hand.

The video gives us a never-before-seen perspective on the assembly process of a luxury car. It also detailed the many hours that goes into each manufacturing processes.

The drone takes us into the woodshop (10 hours); trim shop (8 hours); Engine build area (13.4 hours); Paint shop (24 hours); on to main assembly line (19 hours), and finally into the testing zone (52.5 hours).

In all, it takes 127 hours or 16 working days to handcraft each Bentley Bentayga Speed SUV.

With a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h), the agile and powerful Bentayga Speed is the world’s fastest SUV. It delivers an unmatched balance of phenomenal power and exquisite levels of craftsmanship.

Featuring a class-leading W12 engine with 626 bhp, it can take you from 0 to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds (0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds).
