Old Toyota Cars That Are Still Rocking Our Roads

One of the numerous attributes of Toyota cars is longevity. Toyota cars are known to run for a very long time if they are properly maintained. Actually, any car can run for long when properly, But when you look around, you’ll see that Toyota is leading.
In this write-up, what we tag “old cars” are cars produced before 2002. That is, cars that are twenty years and above.
Let’s start off immediately to see these old Toyota cars that are still rocking our roads.
1. Camry
The second, third generatrion and fourth generation Toyota Camry produced from 1987 to 2001 are still rocking our roads till today. There is no way you’ll drive around and not see one of them comfortably moving from point A to B.
The third generation Camry has a nickname by Nigerians; it’s fondly called Orobo. The fourth generation was also baptized with a nickname – tiny light or pencil light.
In some states, these Camry are used as local cabs for running town services.
2. First Generation Sienna
This is yet another the-old-never-dies car produced by Toyota. More of it keep hitting the road as the day breaks. It was one time the ‘butter and bread’ of the transport sector. Now, the newer models have taken over the throne.
The first generation Sienna was first produced in 1998 through 2003. Ever since then, Nigerians vowed not to let it go. There is no way you will not see this car plying our roads on a daily basis.
