Kia Cadenza has been refreshed for 2020. The new restyled model will be unveiled at the Chicago Motor Show this year. The 2020 Cadenza is brimming with new design elements, technology, and available convenience features. The 2020 Cadenza also remains true to its mission of offering luxurious interior surroundings combined with a quiet ride. The Kia Cadenza may not be popular in Nigeria but it has a lot to offer so, therefore, we will see what the refreshed 2020 model has to offer.

What’s New

The makeover is more extensive inside. There’s a larger, 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen pops from its position in the center of a redesigned dashboard. It is adorned with a large piece of wood trim. The gauge cluster has been revised and now includes a 4.2-inch display between the two main gauge pods as standard.

The new Kia Cadenza features a set of new multi-lens LED headlights with redesigned LED daytime running lights, a redesigned hood, a new front grille with a vertical waterfall fascia, a redesigned rear bumper and trunk lid, new LED taillights, and a different lower front fascia.

The 2020 Cadenza reduces Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH). Rear sub-frame cross members were reinforced, noise-reducing wheels were added and the shock valves were redesigned to reduce vibration. The Kia Cadenza above all features larger rear dampers to improve the suspension. This feature also help rebound over rough surfaces, which is good.

Furthermore, the refreshed Kia Cadenza is powered by a 3.3 V6 290 hp. It is mated with an 8-speed electronically controlled Sportmatic transmission. NVH improvements for 2020 include reinforced rear sub-frame cross members and resonator wheels (19-inch only) that help to reduce road noise entering the cabin. Redesigned shock valves also reduce vibration and larger rear dampers improve rebound over rough surfaces.
