Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II Among The Gifts Given To King Charles For His Coronation
Buckingham Palace releases official gifts given to the Royal Family, including a Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II.
King Charles received the luxury car from the King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, on May 6th 2023 as a coronation gift.
Cullinan Series II, the facelifted version of Rolls-Royce’s first-ever SUV and best-selling model, retails for around $445k.
But King Charles’ Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II may cost more if it comes customized for his personal use.

Buckingham Palace has released records of official gifts given to the Royal Family between 2020 to 2023, including dozens of lavish presents gifted to King Charles during his coronation.
According to the records published on May 30th 2025, King Charles received a brand new Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II from the King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, on May 6th 2023 as a coronation gift.

It will be recalled that King Charles III was officially crowned on Saturday, May 6th in a magnificent and deeply religious ceremony at Westminster Abbey, an event attended by about 100 world leaders and celebrities.
The Cullinan Series II, the facelifted version of Rolls-Royce’s first-ever SUV and best-selling model, retails for around $445,000 – though King Charles’ own may cost more if it comes customized for his personal use.

During the month of his coronation, King Charles also received a feather crown, two beaded chest pieces and two carved staffs from Amazonian Indigenous leaders Uyunkar Domingo Peas Nampichkai and Atossa Soltani.
“Each year, members of the Royal Family receive a number of official gifts, from Heads of State, their Patronages/other organisations with which they have a relationship and at official engagements. These gifts are logged by the Royal Household,” Buckingham Palace said in a statement.
