Lamborghini And China’s Xiaomi Creates Supercar-inspired Go-kart That Sells For ₦548k

Italian supercar maker Lamborghini partners with Chinese electronics giant, Xiaomi, to create a Lambo-inspired version of the Ninebot Go-kart.

Its battery-pack allows it to do 62 laps around a 400-meter race track.

It also features an engine sound that is similar to that of a real Lamborghini supercar.

Lamborghini is known for creating one of the fastest production cars on the planet. Its current line ups, including the Urus, Huracan and Aventador, are one of the fastest cars in the market.

To shift a little from making supercars, Lamborghini partnered with Chinese electronics giant, Xiaomi, to create a Lambo-inspired version of the Ninebot Go-kart.

This partnership means the Italian supercar maker will now have its name on a high-performance version of the fastselling Ninebot Go-kart.

Unlike the Xiaomi’s regular Ninebot GoKart Pro it is based on, this machine has a sports steering wheel, a larger rear spoiler, as well as tough steel material for the bodywork.

The body also features a TPE soft anti-collision front lip, aerodynamic TPE side skirts and “Ice Lake Blue” LED headlights. It can accommodate up to 100 kg of weight.

Powering this Lambo-inspired cart is an electric module and a 432Wh battery-pack that allows it to do 62 laps around a 400-meter race track —- which is close to 16 miles of range.

It has a claimed top speed of 25 mph (40kph), or about 3 mph faster than the standard kart

The electric kart is fitted with custom tyres to make it easier to drift. It also features an engine sound that is similar to that of a real Lamborghini supercar.

The supercar-inspired go-kart is currently on sale at a price of $1,440, which is about ₦548k. This price excludes destination charges in Nigeria.
