Man Caught Dumping Refuse Illegally, See What He Was Asked To Do With His Car (PHOTOS)

A man was caught dumping refuse illegally by the roadside.

For the act, he was told by a task force that includes the police and KAI officials to load the heap of refuse at the spot where he dumped his into his car.

He was later led to his community to explain himself.
