During a search, police discovered marijuana and a handgun inside Wilder’s Rolls-Royce.
The Rolls-Royce model Deontay Wilder was riding in at the point of arrest wasn’t mentioned.
But the boxer owns a Cullinan SUV as well as a 2-door Phantom Drophead Coupe convertible.
Former heavyweight boxing champion, Deontay Wilder, was arrested on Tuesday after police found a gun and Marijuana inside his Rolls-Royce following a routine traffic stop in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ Sports, Wilder’s Rolls-Royce was pulled over in Hollywood at around 1:15 a.m. for having illegally tinted windows and an obstructed license plate.
Officers said they smelled an odour of burnt marijuana during the stop, which prompted a search that led to the discovery of marijuana and a handgun inside his Rolls-Royce.
The 37-year-old, who was released at around 6:35 am after making bail set at $35,000, seem to confirm the incident with a tweet on Tuesday afternoon.
He wrote : “I’d rather be safe than sorry. The End.”

This incident may comes amid the Americans proposed fight with British rival Anthony Joshua in Saudi Arabia in December, though Wilder’s team have not yet ruled out skipping the fight and going straight for Tyson Fury.
