The Lexus LC 500 Convertible Is The Brand’s Most Expensive Production Car

Since the LFA is no more, there’s now a new heir to that throne and its the LC 500 convertible version is now the most expensive Lexus model. The convertible starts at $101,000 (₦40m before shipping and duty) which is clearly a statement to make it compete with the top dogs. This makes it ₦3.2m costlier than the coupe
As you’d come to expect from a luxury car, Lexus has plenty of optional goodies you can throw on top of an already generously equipped convertible. Everything from the wheels, the paint job and other body aesthetics can be upgraded but with a fee.
The interior is not left out of the option as some of the upgrades will push the LC500 way higher. Optional features like heated seats, heated steering and an improved sound system make up for an even more luxurious package. There are so many options that cant be mentioned but a fully loaded LC500 will cost well over $132,000 (₦52.8m before shipping). Now the big question is will buyers prefer to buy a loaded LC500 convertible or go for an expensive and more luxurious brand? Well, it’s only the customer’s preference will be the judge and a fan base which Lexus lack. But don’t get us wrong, the LC 500 convertible is a real beauty and it should be among the big dogs.
