The all-new 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 4Matic is the most powerful variant of the large luxury GLS 63 SUV.
The large 7-seater 3-row SUV will arrive next year, but Mercedes didn’t say anything about the cost. The 2020 AMG GLS 63 starts at $126,150 (MSRP), excluding the cost of clearing and shipping in Nigeria.
The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 SUV is the super luxury variant of the latest GLS. The Maybach SUV made its landmark debut in China a day after the 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 made its debut at the Los Angeles motor show.
Unlike the 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLS 63, the absence of a third row seats gives the luxurious GLS two captain seats in the back. It will compete with SUVs like Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Bentley Bentayga.
The Lexus UX 300e is Toyota’s luxury divisions first production electric vehicle. The 248 mile range EV is based on the petrol powered luxury Lexus UX crossover SUV.
The Cybertruck is Tesla’s first-ever electric pickup truck. The Cybertruck looks like a large metal trapezoid on wheels. It comes in three versions, all priced between $39,900 and $69,900.
Production of the first two versions will start in late 2021, while that of the $69,900 Tri Motor AWD will start in 2022.
The Aston Martin DBX is Aston Martin’s first-ever SUV. The DBX will look to snatch away sales from models including the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 and Bentley Bentayga.
Mercedes-AMG powered DBX SUV is priced at $189,900 or ₦68.6 million — minus destination and clearing charges in Nigeria. First deliveries will commence in the second half of 2020.
The all-electric Mustang Mach-E SUV is Ford’s first all-electric car. The SUV promises the performance of the two-door Mustang sportscar.
It comes in five trims, all priced between $43,895 to $60,500. The Ford Mustang Mach-E will rival electric cars like the Audi e-tron Q5, Jaguar i-Pace and Tesla Model S.
The Hummer H1-styled Bollinger B1 SUV and B2 pickup truck are designed for extreme off-road use.
Each of the off-roaders will start at $125,000 each, and they will rival electric cars like the Tesla Cybertruck and Rivian R1T and R1S. Bollinger Motors plans to begin production in 2021.
