Last Year, Skoda Sold Over A Million Vehicles

Škoda ended the year 2025 with a historic 1,043,900 delivered vehicles, which is a growth of 12.7 percent and the best result in the last six years. More importantly, with 836,200 cars sold, Škoda became the third best-selling brand in Europe for the first time.
To make the story more impressive, electrification, once a laggard compared to the competition, is now becoming a key source of Skoda’s growth. Sales of all-electric models more than doubled, jumping to 174,900 vehicles, while an additional 43,800 plug-in hybrids mean that every fourth car delivered in Europe has a plug. Most deserving of this breakthrough is the Elroq, a new compact electric SUV that immediately became one of the best-selling electric cars in Europe. In combination with Enyaq, Škoda has become the fourth-largest manufacturer of electric cars in Europe.
Still, the king remains the king. Despite the drop of 11.8 percent, the Octavia is still Škoda’s best-selling model with more than 190,000 deliveries, followed by the Kodiaq, Kamiq and Fabia. Skoda’s international momentum is also interesting. Sales in India exploded to 70,600 vehicles, almost twice as many as in 2024, and growth was also recorded in Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and North African countries.
In 2026, the brand intends to transfer that momentum into a new phase of electrification. Škoda will present two key new models: the Epiq, an affordable urban electric crossover, and the Peaq, a large family electric SUV with seven seats. This will double the number of electric models in the offer.
